Corporate Secretary

Agianita Julinda completed her final education in the Telecommunication Bachelor Program at Telkom University. Starting his career as Corporate Secretary and Secretary to the President Director at PT Mitrakomunikasi Nusantara Tbk (2014-2021), and Advisor to the Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations at PT Solusi Global Advisindo (2021-2022). Currently joining PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk as Corporate Secretary.

The Corporate Secretary reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for disseminating information about the Company, including material information and corporate actions to shareholders, regulators, media and other stakeholders. In addition to its role as a point of public information provider, the Corporate Secretary is also responsible for providing relevant capital market regulations based on operational and development needs of the Company to the Board of Directors. The Company appointed Agianita Julinda as the Company Corporate Secretary on October, 4th 2023

Head Of Internal Audit

He completed his Bachelor of Accounting studies at Pamulang University, he started his career as a Treasury Officer at PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro (2014-2018), Finance & Accounting Officer at PT Indo Komoditi Korpora Tbk (2018-2022) and as Head of the Internal Audit at PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (2021-present)

The head of the internal audit unit is appointed and dismissed by the President Director with the approval of the Board of Commissioners. If the head of the internal audit unit does not meet the requirements as an auditor of the internal audit unit as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 56/POJK.04/2015 concerning the establishment and guidelines for preparing the Charter of the internal audit unit (Regulation) or fails or is incapable of carrying out tasks, then the Board of Directors may dismiss the Head of the Internal Audit Unit after obtaining approval from the Company's Board of Commissioners.
